From our first conversation to the final walkthrough, your project is guided by a clear process and personal attention from John Jacobs.

  1. Initial consultation

    We meet on site to walk your property, talk through your ideas, and understand how you want to use the space. Your priorities, the way you live, and the possibilities of the property guide what comes next.

  2. Design process

    Your ideas take shape in detailed, CAD-style landscape drawings prepared for HOA review. The plan brings the layout, materials, planting, and outdoor features together into a clear vision for your space.

  3. Design presentation

    We meet in person to walk through your design and the accompanying proposal. Together, we review the details, answer questions, and discuss any refinements so you feel comfortable with the plan and investment.

  4. Approval & project planning

    Once you approve and sign the proposal, we move through HOA submission and approval, where required. With approvals in place, we coordinate project planning, scheduling, and procurement so installation can begin with a clear plan.

  5. Professional installation

    Experienced professionals bring the design to life, with John personally supervising the work with care. Attention to detail and communication remain central as your outdoor space comes together.

  6. Final closeout

    We walk the completed project together, review the finished work, and address any remaining punch-list items. We also go over care and maintenance guidance so you can settle in and enjoy your new outdoor space.
